The conference aims to Equip, Connect and Inspire you as leaders in you whānau, your workplace and your hāpori.
This conference will build on your journey and experience as interns as you move further into your career paths. Using your current foundation, the TOA movement will strive to grow you professionally and personally.

Our TOA Alumni Programme now has six core components:
Networking | Whanaungatanga
In addition to year-round networking opportunities, we recently launched TupuToa Talks which aims to inspire, connect and empower our alumni.
Mentoring | Tuakana-teina
Alumni will have an opportunity to mentor interns, and be mentored by a manager from across our partner network. Expressions of interest will be taken at the Conference for 2021.
Annual conference | Hui-a-tau
TupuToa will host an annual leadership conference open to Māori and Pacific professionals.
Early Career Development Programme
This 6-month programme is aimed at alumni with at least 2-3 years’ experience, and will include a range of learning and development opportunities including workshops.
Community | Ngā Karere
We will keep Alumni in touch with the Programme as well as the wider TupuToa community via a dedicated LinkedIn Group, regular newsletter and social media.
Giveback | Koha
Alumni will be able to koha TupuToa with time, skills and/or financial contribution.
