To be eligible for the Tū Kahikatea Programme you must be:

Of Māori descent
-
Available to fully commit and engage for the whole kaupapa

Available to work full time for at least 6 months

A New Zealand Citizen or New Zealand Resident

A successful TupuToa applicant, is expected to:

Understand and comply with their employment agreement

Become a role model for younger Māori and Pacific students.
